[He holds out his hands to cup his face.]

[He looks briefly surprised but then smiles, leaning into the touch.]

I hadn't thought of that but that would be fun, wouldn't it?

[Beating his wings and lifting himself up into the air.]

They won't last forever. So we might as well enjoy them.

[HUP Levity needs to beat his wings rather faster to take flight and keep himself in the air, but it's not too much effort at least. He looks around curiously]

Oh, wow. This feels really different, doesn't it? Have you flown before?

Once or twice.

[He points to a far away landmark.]

Race you there.

[And of course he cheats and heads off.]

[Well, if we're cheating... Levity just uses Polarize to glue himself to Emet, barely needing to actually fly.]

[Oh. Oh. Levity is probably quite larger than Emet, isn't he, being draconic. Can he use this to his advantage to sit on him side saddle?]

[He is definitely bigger than him enough for that to happen. Levity laughs, shifting a little to let Emet be comfortable.]

Aww, and here I thought I'd come up with a clever way for me to avoid doing any work.

[He is without a doubt going to lose some air in both altitude and the huff of exertion he makes when he has arms fully of Levity. But he manages to somewhat keep them aloft.]

[He just grins in reply, delighted at the effect.]

[Well, he kisses the end of his nose and take them higher. But really he can't fly too far so he heads towards the harbor and the tall bridges there.]

[Cute... As promised, he does his best to think skinny thoughts during the journey, just making himself comfortable in Emet's arms.]

[The thoughts are appreciated even if they rudely don't translate to the physical world. But he does put them down eventually at the tall support spire of a bridge, the water and surrounding city an expanse around them. He does look up even though it is during the day.]

[He laughs at the sudden transition of topic as he's set down - and then wraps an arm around Emet's shoulder, leaning onto him.]

Right now? We've only got one star to navigate by, and even that one is rather fake, I imagine.

[He leans back letting an arm wrap around his back.]

You are probably right. But fake or no, it still seems to be doing the best it can.

[He pats his side getting a good look at him again.]

You know, I think some of your pajamas might still fit in that form, considering the type you favor.

Is that an invitation to a sleepover?

[Ruffles Emet's hair! This is the price you pay for being smaller.]

But to answer your question... Let's say that I want to believe. Logically, one could say that the stars are mere conglomerations of aether, guiding us only in the most physical sense. But that doesn't mean we cannot believe in them, that we cannot find our own answers in them.

You certainly aren't going to fit on your own bed tonight, are you?

[At the hair ruffling, he does that thing where he looks offended, but he really isn't.]
