And why would Jason mind overly much?

[The bed is thankfully free! There are also, in fact, two of them, situated on opposite sides of the room. There's also a big and very fluffy carpet on the floor, a testament to his love of comfort.

By the window there's a writing desk and a rather bigger workbench, littered with materials and tools - bars of metal, spools of wire, pieces of some kind of robotic devices, surprisingly even sewing supplies?

The writing desk mostly has books on it, a pencil holder with some writing implements, and different pieces of paper with scribbles on them - design ideas, it appears. Above the desk is a magnet board with the more innocuous fanmail Levity's received pinned to it. He's kept all fanmail he's received so far, but good luck finding the actual horny stuff.

Also by the window are two armchairs with a coffee table between them. There's a notebook on the table.

And flop though Emet might, he's not getting away from the pajamas. Levity lays one set on top of him, and leaves the other for himself as he starts struggling out of his own clothes. The pajamas... are sheep footie pajamas. Look at the cute little horns you get!]

[Nah, he just doesn't want to ruin the mood with his death scar that runs throughout pretty much his entire abdomen. Which he will get to see if he does peek.

If not, he changes without issue. He even taps one of the hooves on the ground when he's done.]

[Well, it's not like Levity doesn't also have a Fun Stabbed-Through Scar already, he'd just assume Emet also got his in a game. But better safe than sorry, eh?

He's polite enough that he does stay with his back turned until Emet does the hoof clop! He turns back, grinning.]

There is nothing you can send Lahabrea that will embarrass me, but you are welcome to try.

[Okay, now that he is changed, he is going to flop on the bed closest to Levity.]

I certainly will! Although in this case I was hoping to amuse him rather than embarrass you.

[But he'll pull Emet into a hug once he lies down. Shhh only snuggles now.]

Is it comfortable?

I suppose it will suffice.

Would you have preferred a different animal? A bird for yourself, perhaps? Since it seems to bother you quite a bit that that was a design I chose for my assistant.

It did not bother me. I was simply curious as to the choice. As I said, out of endless possible creations why a bird?

Partly because I needed to choose something, partly because I rather like the idea of flying, partly because of that memory I took.

Cosmo’s firebird?

Mm. Well... It served a starting point, as it were, but I went for a different design in the end. Otherwise it would be too close to Sho-senpai's assistant - his is rather styled after a firebird as well, after all. I decided on a corvid-like design: intelligent, curious and mischievous birds. Much like myself!

But why that creature? It hardly was a happy memory. That portion.

[He gives Emet a soft smile.]

Perhaps merely out of desire to have some link to my home. My other memories only have to do with people.

It may not have been happy as such, but... Was it not a sign of how important our work was?

Our work was always important. Though had I know you were lacking for inspiration I would have helped.

Something round. With large eyes. Squishy. Never loses its shape even when prodded repeatedly.

A marshmallow perhaps.

Did you know that's what Lily kept calling me? A s'more, a marshmallow, a souffle.. Though now I am 'Snowflake' to her.

All of those are apt. Lily is quite wise.

But that makes for a less imposing and useful familiar.
