A while ago Five mentioned to me that if you were to write him a poem he might die. And it has since been in the back of my mind. I confess the--finer arts are not my area. Yet perhaps anything appreciative and suitably full of prose would touch his heart. By extension, I believe that applies to you and Vergil.

To that end I have been wondering if I should compose letters to those I love, if poetry eludes me, and would recruit your moral support as well as your cooperation if you wish to join me in the endeavor.

I still need to get him back for the journal and the recording. Though I think something he could hold and touch would suit him better. And with his entire family here, what better chance to gather materials? Klaus is even helping but I will need photos and videos of you as well.

[He leans against him and laughs.]

A poem, truly? Well, I suppose I could come up with something.

But you should write to your loved one even if not in poetic form. Your skill with words is quite unmatched. Penning them down would be the treat.

[He huffs a little, embarrassed, and kisses Emet's cheek.]

I am sure you can manage the poetry. Do woo Five with it. I will stick to what I am better at.

And I do think you will manage a decisive blow with that album, if that is your intent.

[He does look rather snug at making him even the slightest bit embarrassed.]

That was the plan. Serves him right for the blow he gave to me.

And whom did you plan on writing letters to?

You deserved every moment of heartfelt emotion he elicited.

Though you can favor the other two. I believe we understand each other well enough. And they've not yet had the experience of such writs.

You know that is not how it works. Simply because you have experience being doted on does not make me wish to shower you in affection any less.

[He tuts at him tapping his nose with a pen.]

You know that is not my intent as well.

I do. But you will have to suffer my affections regardless. I am a merciless man after all.

As if I do not languish every day.

[He just stares Emet down and flips his notebook open.]

Oh how terrible, the thought of spending my time quietly in your presence.

You must admit I am soothing. And speaking of the poetry, how much do you too gossip about me? You’ll make me blush.

There is no presence in this world or any other more soothing than yours.

Or, at times, more aggravating.

But you do come up from time to time. Perhaps we should gossip more? I am ever eager to hear others sing your praises after all.

You don’t know how deeply I appreciate that I can be both.

I do believe I pushed him a little too far recently. Not that he would complain of it much after the initial event. But his urges for violence bother him more than I originally thought.

Of course you're glad to be both.

What happened?

I put him under duress where his options were to use his time traveling abilities in a stressful situation or kill me through puppeteering.

He passed with flying colors might I add.

I've no doubt he did. But what caused you to realize his distress?

The almost sobbing might have given it away.

As I said, it affects him more than I realized.

I do assume all is well at least. But what do you wish to do about it? We have not the means of seeing to whatever was done to him here, without relying on powers I would rather not turn to if we can help it.

I agree there is not much to be done but be aware of it. And that it shames him more than he would like.

But being close to him yourself I though it would be best you were aware. Not the most thrilling gossip though I could divulge that as well.
