There are a lot of beautiful places around the world that I want to see with you. I'm pretty sure I never really had the chance to see them myself, or at least not enjoy them.

Paris and Venice, for example — they're both beautiful and romantic cities that I'm sure you'll enjoy.

But before any of that I want to take you to theater. Maybe we could go see an opera or a play in every city we visit.

You hardly had the time for yourself.

[And his eyes do light up even as he is lazy and content. He squeezes his fingers ever so slightly.]

I would like that. Enjoying the theater with you.

Maybe I'd develop a passion for it if I'm enjoying it with you. But I figure stories from a whole different world would delight you greatly.

I won’t be upset if you brought books to study.

But you are correct, it would. And I’d like to go this Ancient Greece of yours. For curiosity sake.

I'm afraid you'll have to settle for modern Greece, unless you fancy a trip far back in time. It's called ancient for a reason.

Not that I can remember. But to be honest I've never been terribly interested, before. Though it's true I would enjoy it now.

I imagine not an avenue you would have thought you would have enjoyed in the future. But ever am I pleased that your mind is always open.

[He shifts so he can curl in his lap still holding hands. He tucks his head under Five’s chin and closes his eyes.

He relaxes there for quite a number of moments.]

It's the same for me. Never in my wildest dreams I could ever imagine I'd find someone like you, let alone that you would love me as much as you do. That I would love you as much as I do.

And how much better actually being with you has been, compared to my ideal world dream.

Though I suppose we do owe it for alighting our eyes. I'm quite sure I would have never pushed you romantically.

No dream can ever compare to the joy you bring me on a regular basis every single day, Hades.

But it's true that we do owe this to it. I also never would have accepted my feelings nor the possibility of actually pursuing you if it hadn't been for that and Wildfire's insistence afterwards.

We were quite the pair of fools.

I do wonder if I was too hard on him from time to time. He was more wise than I ever gave him credit for.

[He relaxes more in his arms if that is even possible.]

Was it even a possibility that I was going to say no?

... Well. If you must know yes, I thought you would have said no if I approached you about it honestly.

That was part of why I was so stubbornly trying to deny my feelings.

Now I am rather curious.

[He kisses his neck, fingers drawing patterns on skin.]

Why did you think I would say no?

One of the reasons was my body. I couldn't imagine anyone being interested in me while I'm normally stuck in a thirteen years old body and before that game I didn't even imagine myself in an older one.

And we were already good friends. I thought if you had any romantic feelings for me they would have come up already.

I will admit you current state did cause me to put any such thoughts on hold. Though I did believe when we finally completed both of our goals, we would find a solution. Romance aside, I know how you feel disconnected to your physical form.

‘Tis a good thing then your mind told us what you wanted so we would not be wait so long. I truly can’t imagine a life without you.

Neither can I. And it does seem ridiculous now that I even held back at all.

You've always been nothing but accepting toward me. Something which I'm grateful for.

Such kind and sweet words. It isn't as if we were trying to use each other.

If the other was simply sweet, I doubt we would have gotten this far. So do be proud of that brash and arrogant attitude of yours.

[ he laughs at that, genuinely amused ]

I probably would never have been interested in you if you were only sweet and kind, that's true. We both have peculiar tastes.

[He turns Five's face to gaze into it letting his thumb run over his cheek. And then he brings their lips together in a softer but no less passionate kiss.]

[ Oh. He's more than happy to indulge it with that, kissing him back and keeping it soft, never once stopping with his touches just to make sure emet will be able to keep enjoying feeling his aether ]

[He almost whimpers into the kiss letting his eyes fall shut. When the kiss breaks he looks at him lazily before kissing his nose, his cheek, the corner of his mouth before biting at his neck.]

If you keep that up I might be the one who needs a cold shower.

That depends entirely on what you want.
