[He huffs and leans back.]

Is it not obvious? I will stay with Five on his star until enough time has passed. And once the Final Days has been averted I will retire somewhere in Amaurot. The where doesn’t matter as much as I’m with the four of you. Though I imagine Vergil might need some space outside of the city.

[He pats his thigh a little mockingly.]

[Just for that he turns and drapes his legs across Emet's lap. Though he looks a little embarrassed.]

It is easier to plan if I know precisely what everyone wishes for.

[He will just massage his calfs and shins then.]

There is no need. I've confirmed what you want. And I know already what Five and Vergil wish for. 'Tis now only a matter of making that reality.

[He grumbles a bit and looks away, and there is color rising in his cheeks though Emet hadn't said anything.]

[He takes both hands into his but doesn’t say anything.]

[He huffs and curls his fingers around Emet's hands as well, looking at him again.]

At times it feels difficult to face your sweetness, sincere and calculated.

[He leans forward and kisses his forehead.]

My dearest friend. For all of eternity I would have you by my side. To share moments, to watch the rise of dawn. To watch you grow. To have you watch me grow.

You can’t get rid of me so easily, old man.

[He cups his face, holding him close. And even though he's blushing, cheeks quite tinted pink, he's also smiling.]

That is truly all I wish for when we've done what we set out to do.

Perhaps premature to have other goals, but I would see us both thrive beyond measure.

Do you think you can indulge me in that?

I was hoping to languish when this was all done. Just a bit. In a nice soft bed with a view of Amaurot.

[He laughs and pulls Emet forward, leaning back so the man has to rest against him. This is his.]
