I suppose it makes sense that working with soul and aether would be more intense for you. Though now I do wonder how else I can use it.

[His response to that is to softly kiss him. Then he does release the bond on their twined souls and simply wraps him, both of them, in a cocoon of his aether.]

[He doesn't reply verbally but do enjoy wings made of crystal and masks sprouting out of his back, appropriately scaled to size.

He wraps them around their cuddling form on top of his aether. They aren't really soft at all and a little bit heavy.]

[ He does wonder for a moment if that form is influenced by Zodiark too, if the crystal would look any different if it weren't for him.

But he discards that thought for now, instead just tentatively touching one, definitely curious ]

No. I know Vergil prefers his demon form, but I have a few forms I favor depending on the situation. The benefit of being ever fluid and formless.

[And he does sigh contently squeezing him a little tighter with his arms around his waist brushing fingertips against bare skin.]

Well you did always complain about my height before. This does dwarf even my Garlean form.

[He does snap his fingers putting a blanket between them and the wings. Just a little bit of comfort.]

[It is complicated! It does take half a moment to jar him from his thoughts, but he returns it. Gently does he run his thumb across his cheek as an action of thanks and appreciation.]

And truthfully I simply default to more moonlight skies, but I do enjoy the sun in equal measure. Though we'll have to make sure we get you out of that suit so you don't boil.

[ There's a little laugh at that, and then he hums, like he's thinking it over ]

[ he's letting his eyes close as well, but again he tries to touch Emet's soul wanting to keep that contact, to show him how much he loves and cares for him through that ]
