[he misses it less than the others for the simple fact that he remembers it less. that said, now that he's getting his aether touched like this he's likely to start missing it a lot more because it is very very nice.

[he's about to say something in response, but the feeling of his soul being tugged stops him in his tracks. it's not unpleasant in the least, and he's not resisting at all, but even so he was a little unprepared]
[Well, then with little fanfare, he is going to start pulling it out. He's careful about it! Tucking and folding the 'sides' of it, but as each moment passes he'll feel further and further away from his physical body.]
[He props his body up against his shoulder, but more importantly he cradles his soul. Well, and starts to pick it apart a little, compartmentalizing different emotions.]
