[He flushes a little at that praise, but leans into the touch.]
Well, do you Baritones share your own kidnapping room? Or does everyone simply build their own?
[But he'll go draw the bath! Well, it's more like a small pool. His bathroom is very fancy! He chooses candles for lighting, too. Romantic! It's also possible to set a scent, but he doesn't really know what scents Emet likes.]
[His cheeks tint pink at the touch to his throat. It feels like such an intimate thing now.]
Mm, do you suppose he would say things like "oh, young love"? Maybe remember his own youth, if he was in love back then.
[Also he's definitely allowing Emet to wash him! The bath products are also all scented, possibly with lavender. Gotta keep up the pastel bitch brand.]
[Definitely going to be a little bastard and fish for compliments.]
Goodness, don't remind me. You know what the worst part of my memories of the Bureau is? The feeling of how dry my hands got from handling so much paper.
Who says it can't be both? I enjoy making friends and soft beds and good food. Besides, I imagine you would have grown jealous were I to be away from you for too long.
[Look, he'd do the same thing with pillows if he had that ability and he's charmed by the kiss. He will come back in a bit. It does take a while because he makes soup. 'Glory Be' Garlean soup to be specific though he hardly knows the name of it as he sets it down.
He also has a delightful red wine in crystal glasses complete with curly straws as well.
Instead of flowers, however, he found some small mechanic butterflies that slightly flutter their wings in the light. He does sit next to him to affix a few in his hair.]
[He looks pleased at the arrival of food, but even more pleased at the arrival of Emet himself, immediately pulling him down onto the couch next to him when Emet puts the food down. The butterflies are a terribly sweet gesture; he looks incredibly touched, reaching up to brush his fingers against them.]
Oh, these are incredibly cute... Perhaps I should get some for you too. I think black and red would look good on you.
[Oh, the feeding is cute. He smiles at that but lets Emet feed him. They're really just doing all the most disgustingly loveydovey couple things, huh.]
That's a good idea. Perhaps as the edging on the wings... oh, or maybe some white lines? To evoke your mask of office?
Re: Day 477
[He reaches up to cup his face, thumb brushing over his cheek.]
And burning that memory of your face in that moment to memory. But do go draw the bath. I'll find towels and appropriate sleepware.

Re: Day 477
[He can't help but smile and be charmed as he sits down behind for the moment reaching into his hair to undo the braid.]
How indulgent.
Re: Day 477
[He tips his head back to make the unbraiding easier. Or harder!]
Quite nice, isn't it? I decided to treat myself when I bought it.
Re: Day 477
[Well, if he is getting access to his throat he will run his fingers down it, scraping just slightly.]
Good. Then allow me to treat you further. For making the mess in the first place.
[And he will begin washing his hair and him if there are no complaints.]

Re: Day 477
[He tilts his head down to kiss his forehead.]
I imagine he'd just enjoy us all being happy honestly.
[He pulls him into his lap to wash him. It's not super effective, but that is the point. But the choice of sent does not go unnoticed.]
Is that your favorite color? You could pick any, you know.
Re: Day 477
They say it has relaxing properties! Isn't that something we could all use? Besides, I thought it funny if it matched my hair color.
Re: Day 477
... or rather you used to be able to change it on a whim.
[He can't help but laugh as he's splashed.]
But it is a scent I do associate with you. Freshly dried ink and parchment as well with all the fresh pages that went across your desk.

Re: Day 477
[He takes one of his hands and kisses the tips of his fingers.]
You were an excellent Chief. They couldn't have picked a better candidate. Though I still believe you would have made and excellent Emet-Selch.
Re: Day 477
And I've told you many times why I wouldn't have been a better fit than you. But I think you wouldn't believe me no matter what.

With your affinity for making friends after all.
Re: Day 477
Re: Day 477
[He kisses his cheek before he helps him out of the tub wrapping him in a soft and fluffy robe.]
But your mention of food does remind me I should make you dinner. I could now, if you like.
Re: Day 477
You're really intent on pampering me today, aren't you? But I would love that.
[pause,]
I assume you do know how to cook.
Re: Day 477
Of course! What do you take me for? Let me borrow your kitchen and why don't you wait here. I do want it to be a surprise.
Re: Day 477
Will you get me some roses and wine while you're about it, too?

Re: Day 477
[He doesn't need any convincing to sit next to him and he gets a spoonful of soup and tries to feed it to him.]
Black and red have always been my colors. Perhaps with a bit of fuchsia and purple as well.

Re: Day 477
I'm surprised you aren't suggesting to give them all little scowls. But I like the idea of the accents.
