But I also desire to watch you grow as well. You can't spend all your time shoving my skeletons back in the closet, hmmm.
[He laughs, face tinging red.]
As if I didn't keep every gift and note you had written me. Squirreled and tucked away into the darkest recesses of my desk, but there they were collected.
[Well, Emet is probably in for a treat because Hythlodaeus positively lights up at that (though not literally, of course). But he does look extremely happy about it, and maybe a little smug.]
Well, we can spend our time there together, then. And I could pretend I'm taking a break from having the scores of ridiculous submissions on my desk... Unless you would like to design some?
Aw, does that mean I don't get to slack off and have you do all the work for me because I'm so much more incompetent?
[He's just teasing, though! And as for clothes, well. If this wasn't made for Hyth, I don't know what was. He picks out a cute dress too though! A little secretary style! And where would we be without thigh highs and shorts.]
[Alas, those links are not working for me. But he does help him purchase them along with the aforementioned outfits. And when he is done he will bow deeply and ask for his hand.]
Your lack of aether reserves have never made you incompetent. In fact, I would argue they made you all the more clever.
But wouldn't you enjoy the feeling of it being an endless font, the aether at your fingertips.
[These do! And as expected the mere thought of Hythlodaeus in each and everyone of these gives him pause and blush to his cheeks. Thanks for the murder.
He tries to brush it off as he tucks his hand under his arm and managing to escort him and their purchases back to his monstrosity of a vehicle.]
I'd enjoy seeing what your mind would make up. Not only for what you would create, but what you would transform into. I know you have thought about it, and why not abuse the situation to allow it?
[Good. Die, Emet. Linking their arms readily and leaning against him as they get back, and it's certainly intentional.]
Now that does sound fun! But I suppose I ought to ask what form you imagine I might take. Or what you would like to see.
[It might sound like his usual attempts to get out of responsibility, but the questions are actually genuine! He wants his transformation to look good for Emet, too.]
Re: Day 477
[He kisses him softly.]

Re: Day 477
Really?~
Re: Day 477
So would you, had you the chance.
Re: Day 477
[He taps his chin with a smile.]
I've been thinking of having a room made in the style of Amaurot. I could make it one just for us.
Re: Day 477
[He tilts his head curiously.]
Would you? It isn't too painful to remember?

Re: Day 477
I would love that too. Though I still feel compelled to point out the actual creating will have to fall to you.
Re: Day 477
Pick out a few more outfits and then we can head back. But I would enjoy seeing what dress you would pick out for yourself.

Re: Day 477
He smiles as Emet takes his hand. He DOES enjoy the feeling of being pampered so much!]
I suppose there is something in what you say! As long as you realize I am not responsible for what I might end up creating.

Re: Day 477
What I would like to see?
I don't have anything in mind, truthfully. Your transformation would be a reflection of you, whatever that might be.
Re: Day 477
I imagine it would be something troublesome, then. But knowing you, you'd be charmed either way!
Re: Day 477
[He clicks his tongue.]
I would not have suggested it in the event I would not be charmed. Do I not deserve a little indulgence from time to time?
Re: Day 477
I could be a fish, perhaps! One of those really pretty colorful ones.
Re: Day 477
Well....
... as long as you are happy. Though I might have to put you in the tub.
Re: Day 477
Actually... What was it like for you? Did you consciously choose the form you take when you transform, or did it come about itself?
Re: Day 477
I did not make it with specific intent. It simply felt right. A genuine reflection.
Though I'm just as am I eager to see what form you will take, I am as equally waiting to see how brightly your soul shines.
