[He smiles wrly, taps the arm around his shoulder.]

[Because... as much as he can be, there is some contentment in this moment. But also he's incapable of being idle long so teach him something before he implodes.]

[Lahabrea will pick it up easily without a doubt. Then they will play in tandem. This is probably one of the happiest and peaceful moments he's had here.]

[He does pick it up, quite quickly. And once they're playing together his expression and posture relaxes more, intent on keeping time with Emet-Selch, while also actually, truly enjoying himself.

It really is a very precious moment of peaceful contentment.]

[They'll play it tow or three times together. When they are done, he'll run a hand through Lahabrea's hair and kiss his forehead.]

[He pulls Emet-Selch's head against his shoulder, brushing fingers through his hair.]

You are welcome. And... Thank you as well, Hades.

[He stays leaning against him for a long, long time. Quiet. Eyes closed.]

[He will twirl a lock of Emet-Selch's hair around his fingers and otherwise just lean gently into being leaned on, holding this cuddle for as long as Emet-Selch wishes.]

[They are ancient beings whose nature is to not be quick or rash. Ever had they been force to move perhaps with more haste.

So he'll sit in this embrace for an hour before moving.]

[He is very content for this hour. It's important to him. Something he's keeping in his heart. He knows as well as any being that moments with those you love are to be deeply treasured.

He has nothing to say for that hour, happy to just experience it. He'll let Emet-Selch up when he finally moves though.]

[He will not break the silence, but help him up and head back to his room keeping pace with him.]

[It'll be a silent short trip then. He's content with his own thoughts and the company.]

[Shuffling into his room then. Still keeping the silence as he just lets Lahabrea do what he wishes. He imagines he'll go read on the bed. He doesn't get ready for bed, but simply lies down.

Lahabrea has been here such a short time, but it feels so common to do this.]

[It does just feel like a routine that has been going on forever. He does get ready for bed, but once he is he still has a book... Which he sets near to hand just in case he needs you know, a book, randomly, when he climbs into bed and tugs Emet-Selch against his chest to cuddle, not particularly interested in talking, just wrapping an arm around him.]

[He can't help but laugh. He was going to give him more space than that, but he definitely does not argue as leans on him listening to his heartbeat and throwing an arm around his waist.]

[Good, be a big baby. He's going to fall asleep like this though, without even playing "just one more page" chicken with a book versus bedtime or anything. Arm draped over Emet-Selch, entirely peaceful.]

[That's very thoughtful because before this adventure in Production Hell is done, Lahabrea is bound to drop his book on Emet's head as their resting. Just you wait.

Wow. They both are going to get a restful night's sleep without meddling in dreams for once.]

[Absolutely more than once. On his head, on his nose, it will happen. Just not tonight.

Tonight they actually get a good rest. Wild.]
