Accomplice: I've spoken with Vergil regarding your idea of creating something to allow him to fly.
Accomplice: We've agreed that having a firsthand demonstration of how his wings work in flight would be best, and that's where you come in.
Accomplice: Do you see where I am going with this yet? ;)
Accomplice: By the way, we are keeping this a secret from Cosmo. Although Vergil does not seem to realize why Cosmo would enjoy such a surprise.

[And! Gonna wait for Vergil to show up and explore the platform for now. If it's crystally, he's going to try and see if there's a polished enough part that he can skate on it.
