I enjoy the person you are now more than that man. Minus the twisted mess that is your soul, but that is not all your doing.

I respect him, truly. Admire the dedication he has. See him as something aspiring to be.

But it just wasn't quite right.

You don't seem terribly fond of the naive.

That is part, but not the whole. And I still like him better than most. He, or rather you, didn't see yourself as part of the whole. Above it, not ruthlessly, but outside for sure. Protective. Caring.

[Bringing his thumbs to the sides of his neck pressing at the muscle there.]

They should have taken care of you as much as you took care of them, though I doubt you would have accepted it. I do hope that has changed now.

[ his lips do quirk at that, even as he tilts his head back further, almost looking straight up at him. ]

I hardly need to be "taken care of". Yet you seem so insistent upon it.

And you enjoy it more often than not.

And you do. Not for lack of ability or skill to sustain yourself, but simply because it enriches your life. And living is to be shared after all.

[He's going to take that as an invitation to grab hold of his hair. He doesn't pull, but he holds it taut enough so he can't move his head back.

And he bites down again.]

[ there's a low hiss but it's not entirely one if discomfort -- it's a peculiar sensation, one he's not actually used to but the uniqueness of it does add to his enjoyment. he tugs his fingertips through his hair, the rest of his body seeming to melt towards him, seeking what warmth he can provide. ]

I am touched ... that you thought of me.

[He hums against his skin and continues to drink. It's vile. It's really gross, but the point is to make him slightly light headed. Which is what he is trying to do.

And he does lean up against him to provide whatever body warmth this affliction may provide if any at all.]

[ there honestly isn't much considering Emet-Selch's state, but the thought is appreciated!

there's a pleased sound like a hum under his breath; he's not a masochist per se but there's something about the sensation he enjoys, combined with the fact he knows the Ascian can't really enjoy the taste. he is getting more and more relaxed. ]

I almost worry ... You'll find yourself sick after this.

[He pulls back and licks the mark when he's done.]
