I find two units that having sole access to such skills peculiar. To be honest, I've not thought about it too closely.

I imagine that it is meant to try to force some kind of...interdependence? My unit and peppep have the, ah, most valuable skills, in that regard, but there are definitely things we cannot do that other units can.

Yet one goal is to foster discord. Perhaps a shortage of resource does both bring and push units apart.
