[He is contently tugged. He did finally settle on wearing something Hythlodaeus bought him. So it is probably Future is now themed. Silvers, reflective materials, lights. That kind of thing.]
Mostly watching over Lahabrea, but of course I have time for you.
[Spinning Emet around a bit! And definitely looking smug.]
Alright, then, I'll focus entirely on the now~ In truth, I have something for you. I thought it might make a good gift for... for the time we'll need to spend apart.
[Annnd he's pulling out a small box out of his pocket, exactly the kind of velvet-lined box you'd keep jewelry in. And the gift is just that: a small pendant with the same color and sparkle as Hyth's soul. The tiny sparkles seem to shift, too, to better look like a piece of something living. How does it work? Fin magics.]
[He's visibly taken back as he holds the box. He didn't have anything from their shared home, from Amaurot after the Sundering. All he was left with were broken ruins and the memories in his head he furiously tried to store into memory crystals.
And as much as he wish he didn't, he had started to forget the color of his soul.]
[It's not that he had any doubt Emet would love it, but he still looks happy at the reception. Reaching out to gently stroke the side of his face.]
I thought it would make a fine gift. I would give you a true piece of myself, if I could... but without our true powers it would be rather grisly! So an imitation it is. And hopefully a reminder that I will always stay by your side, Hades. Always.
Of course. Even if you don't wear it again... Which would probably be a shame, but I feel like your younger self would disapprove of your current work ethic anyway.
Re: the day before graduation
Hades: But I will be over shortly.
Re: the day before graduation
[And he does! When Emet shows up, he'll meet him at the door of future is now and take his arm.]
I'm sure you're busy with preparations, but I hope you won't mind me stealing you away for a couple hours.

Re: the day before graduation
... Somehow I get the feeling he would be even more upset than me. I'll have to pay him a visit as well.
Re: the day before graduation
But that is a problem for a later time. You wanted my undivided attention and here I am to give it to you.

Re: the day before graduation
Will you promise me then? To give me a true piece when you are able.
Re: the day before graduation
... Of course. And can I hope you would do the same for me?

And you'll take care of my mask for me, won't you?
