[The little shiver down his spine, the sigh as his eyes flutter closed a moment before he twists his hands in Emet's shirt and drags him up into another kiss, lips brushing down his jaw and against his soul.]
[He snaps his fingers and a portal sucks them both into an interdimensional space. It starts off in inky darkness, but that is something that should feel at 'home' to them.]
Even I can't keep this up more than a night. And only when my taboos are lessened. But come, give me your memory. Help me remember.
[And he is going to shape their place. Was it a house? An apartment? But he starts to fill it with little touches here and there. Small relics and bits of memory.]
[He sits up runs a hand through Emet's hair, glancing around the construct and then down at the man under him.
His fingertips trace Emet's throat, his clavicle, eyes half closing.]
I filled a crystal with it once.
The memories. Our home. Little things.
[His eyes do close, and where his fingertips mingle with Emet's soul he shares them, the little details he preserved before time eroded the rest. The way the light fell through the curtains on the wall just over there, the potted plants, the little curios left around the place, gifts from friends or from one adventurous friend.
Even more intimate things, the layout of the bedroom, how Hythlodaeus never made the bed, the crystals scattered on a desk, concepts to review, a hairbrush on the bedside table, not everything, not every detail, but as many as he can recall, as he's worn into his own memory by revisiting over and over.]
[He makes a face and taps his fingers to Emet's lips.]
Our burdens are heavy and our hearts carry more sorrow than is bearable. And here you sit, a vision of the past in a memory of a time before tragedy.
[He leaves his fingers there, gazing down at Emet with both love and sorrow, and the madness of eons, but also a gentle little quirk of his lips.]
I will listen if you wish, I will cry and wail out my heart and soul, for they've no purpose if their purpose isn't to be yours. I'll act out the sorrow of millennia and carve my very being into your flesh and your soul, I'll show you passion and vulnerability and love and despair and everything. I'll take comfort in your words and offer you my own, I'll be selfish and greedy and demanding and protective and sly.
But to surround us in a time before such pain, I think perhaps you should remember other things as well. How to look grumpy when your heart is tender, to laugh or smile or complain about my antics while really hoping I'll never listen to a word.
Whatever the eons have done to both of us, this place is where your heart lies, and I am who it lies with. It's the same for me. My heart could be nowhere but here.
[His fingers drop to Emet's chest over his heart.]
Ever, and always.
Anyway~
Scold me if you like, but I think a man who's so stingy with his aether should be indulged in the setting he's chosen.
[He reaches up to cup his face with both hand letting his thumbs rub over his cheeks. And though his reply is short he listens to every single word with rapt attention.]
And for this moment, let us forget past and present, future and duties. Do not dwell in what we were and what we are. Shed it all for this interaction.
Though I will admit I did make this place a little nostalgic.

Re: Day 95
We do have a front door.
Re: Day 95
He actually has to laugh.]
That's what you want to say?
Re: Day 95
Re: Day 95
Better.
Re: Day 95
[He kisses him back, just as deeply and uses his weight ensure he is tucked beneath him.]
Re: Day 95
[It really wasn't, but he's smirking very smugly down at Emet anyway.]
Or should I pretend it is, so you'll lavish me in your heartfelt feelings?
Re: Day 95
We won the last game. I could take you anywhere.
Re: Day 95
And where would you want?

Re: Day 95
[He shifts his form when he's here, with him. And he changes the space with each thought, each gesture, each remember thing.]
There. Now isn't that cozy.
[He says and takes a hand to kiss his fingertips.]
Re: Day 95
Of course. Maybe I did it because I though "what would Hades do now?" I don't remember. But I did a lot of things, thinking about that.
[He pulls his hand from Emet's face to catch Emet's hand in turn, bring it to his own lips.]
It's cozy. Does it fill your heart a little, the memories?
Re: Day 95
[He wraps his free arm around him, holding him close.]
Whatever path, whatever decision you made, have more faith in yourself, my dearest friend. You would not find yourself astray.

And then he quite mercilessly attacks Hades's sides with tickles.]
Re: Day 95
Stop that!
Re: Day 95
But you reward me with such a cute face!
Re: Day 95
You just can't take a compliment or a reassurance. What will happen if you do? You will finally have to accept the competence you have.

Re: Day 95
Hythlodeaus. Look at me and only me for a moment.
Re: Day 95
Okay.

Re: Day 95
[But, hearing it, it aches in a good way. Being able to say it aches.
Still he has to laugh, leaning down to kiss Emet's lips very soft.]
A little? Here.
[He rolls off the man and sits up, patting his lap.]
Sit in front of me.
Re: Day 95
[He tilts his head at the request, but instead of sitting in his lap, he will straddle it wrapping his arms across his neck.]
If you think I'm looking away from you, you are terribly mistaken.
