If you do ever die in this place and go on a rampage, I do plan on putting you into prison much like you mentioned. But that is not for tonight. Tonight is rest.
I ask that you relax, and try not to reject my attempts too much, hmm?
I mean. I have no idea how my soul will react, but I'll keep it in mind.
[taking a seat with him with a vaguely disgruntled grunt more from the Can't Believe He's Doing This than the really being opposed.]
As for domain expansions... something like that. It's basically the highest form of a jujutsu sorcerer's cursed techniques. Something something sorcerer's who have a strong grasp of themselves and their cursed energy create them as separate spaces inside a barrier, et cetera, yadda yadda.
I got a taboo against using it, so don't mess with that.
And my blindfold should stay on to help mitigate some of the info-dumping unless there's a real danger and you need the quick-time processing. Dunno if you'll pick up my techniques from reflex or not, but as a "just in case"... my techniques look easy but they'd probably even cause you a bit of a headache starting out.
While, watching you nanny is entertaining and charming, I will be fine. I do not intend to use your techniques. And if the input becomes too much, I'll find a nice, dark place to crawl into, hmm. Or wake you up.
Now.
[A purple and black miasma seeps out of his form, and the body he's currently inhabiting slumps against the wall lifeless. While Gojo might not be able to perceive how skilled of a mage he is, he will be able to tell that he's basically an oceanic vat of arcane energy. How incredibly useful it is not having to worry about energy for spells.
And there is that thin thread of connection something else. Something more vast, more powerful, more ... well, what would a link to 'the will of entire star' look to Gojo's eyes.
He won't get to ponder it long as the purple and black swirls that are the the manifestation of his soul surrounds his vision, and tries to enter past mortal flesh.
[he was debating if he had the energy to play up arguing against the term "nanny" but then all that's happening and--it's not a rejection so much as an almost reflexive, kneejerk kind of balk. a bit of resistance while trying to understand what the fuck was that and remembering the whole emotion-sharing that one game... before he's reminding himself what's going on, why he's doing this. it's not like he was really that certain it was a good idea, but he's tired and it's not like his soul's in that great of condition thanks to the snake and the taboos, so...
[With great care, Emet disconnects pieces of Gojo one at a time. Not only does he want to ensure it is done correctly, but he also wants to make the experience less jarring. A panicked or frightened mind does not lend itself to resting after all.
The first to go is the ability to assess a situation quickly: threat level, speed, mass, whatever his eyes see. The world around him becomes sluggish and mundane. He'll feel incredibly mundane --- not unsimilar to when this forest and jungle takes his abilities.
Next is the sense of sound. The rushing of water from the baths, the ambient noises of the forest, the little pitter patter of dripping water and critters scurrying. One by one they fade away into silence.
The sense of touch disappears after. The ground under him. The wind in his hair. The aches and pains, if any exist, from the last game. All of it gone as if he is floating outside of reality.
And finally, the most important piece, his sight. Images become blurry. Color begins to bleed from the edges of his vision until all that is remains is dull grayscale. The grayscale then darkens further and further until nothing but pitch, black darkness surrounds him.]
quicker, less confusing and random--less bloody, for certain.
Gojo doesn't know jack about souls, but there's the thought that maybe his is just curling up with the relief of input and data, already just abandoning the efforts to keep track.]
[he almost asks what's the point in that because, like, either way he's just kind of on his own here? might as well be full of the void void void he's used to.
but then, figures there might be the whole disappointed lecture or something, so...
that one beach on Okinawa, hours before disaster. obviously. though he doesn't really seem soothed, more just nostalgic and calm.]
[wow, the face he makes without knowing he's making it hearing that. he doesn't even fuss about the face touching or forehead kiss. how dare all these feelings still.]
Re: Day 82
Emet-Selch: I still stand by that statement.
Emet-Selch; I will meet you here.
[He sends a location that is in the bath area but not in a heavy foot traffic location.]
Re: Day 82
For the record, my domain expansion is literally called "Unlimited Void"--"Immeasurable Void"--"Hugeass Void". Take a pick.
[HE BELONGS. IN VOID.]
Re: Day 82
[He sits down and coaxes Gojo to sit with him.]

Is he rejected?]

there's a slight give, an easing of tension.

[He'll be left in inky blackness with a platform at his feet and shimmering blue backdrop.
Oh, and a friend with a familiar voice.]
Congratulations. You didn't cause too much of a fuss.
Re: Day 82
... that it?
Re: Day 82
[He clicks his tongue.]
But correct! Just one thing left for comfort. Rejoice as you are the first I ever offered this to when it comes to possession.
Think of it. What shape would you like this place to be?
