I never was much for gathering with all of you. That was more Lahabrea and Elidibus' role. Yet here we are.

But you wish to remain on the First despite all that you know?

....All of the Unsundered are dead. Yourself, Lahabrea, Elidibus... even if I wanted to change the way things are, I could hardly do so all by myself.

....But....

It is not quite accurate to say I wish to remain on the First regardless. My aim at present is to traverse the stars, to move between them at will. Beyond that.... I hadn't planned much ahead.

I could teach you. How to raise an Ascian up to their full ability. Though I would have to understand how Mitron was able to do it, and if he was only able because it was you.

And what purpose would that serve? Moving between the shards.

I would strongly suspect it was only because it's me, though I could go into further detail. As for the why of things... I believe I mentioned a dear friend? There are those she wishes to see on other worlds, and I would like to travel with her.

You have the Hero of the Source and the Crystal Tower. Perhaps it is possible.

But you are only prolonging their suffering. These shards. Whatever peace you might have obtained will be gone soon. Such is the cycle of these creatures who cannot remember their past.

That is true. But at least for the present, it is the life I wish to pursue. Whether that changes in the future.... who can say. But it is my choice.
