It is helping with being comfortable in my skin and exploring has been interesting. Though admittedly I have been relying on sex and physical comfort a little too much when I'm down. I'm trying to avoid it turning into a bad habit.

Cuddling in any form is a given I do hope you know. I crave physical contact at my worst moments. 'Tis not the worst bad habit.
