[But he'll rush off for a while! He's going to look both for a sparkly/neon monstrosity but also for things that might conceivably suit Emet. Like this, but with more glowy bits. Or this. I would add more links but my internet is being REALLY slow so pinterest doesn't load :(]
He actually does like pink/fuschia neon so when it is toned with black. And he does look a bit taken aback when is presented with them.]
You're actually trying to match my tastes. I'm a little surprised honestly you wouldn't go straight for the ridiculous.
[He hands him a few. Three are actuallypractical, but the third is definitely an indulgence on his part. And maybe he just thinks Hythlodaeus would look good in Saber Alter clothes.]
Is this a request to get you twenty of the exact same robe? I can arrange that as well. I simply thought you'd enjoy something with a little more flair.
Aww, how considerate! But you know I could have twenty of the same robe. And wear it every day, yet every day it will be a different one. Does that not sound like me?
[Said very matter of factly! But he'll head over to the changing booths. He'll try the first three suits on at first, saving up the dress for later, particularly because he wants to see Emet's reaction to it. Anyway! Emerging in one of the suits.]
How do I look? Like a proper member of Baritones yet?
[He takes his hand and twirls him once. He has to stretch up to do it seeing as Hythlodaeus is so tall, but he manages it.]
As if you weren't always welcomed as an esteemed guest always. But you do look sharp. A full suit would be a bit boring for you, truth be told. I thought a bit of youthfulness served it and you better.
[Oh--the twirl takes him by surprise but also makes him smile happily... And again he's going to be an embarrassment, bringing Emet's hand up to his lips to kiss it. Maintaining eye contact all the while.]
It's true! I don't want to start looking like Lahabrea yet.
[He puts the dress up, so it hangs on a nearby rack before he kneels in front of him and begins to undress him. First the vest, then the shoes, and so forth. It is less sensual and more reverent thus being even more embarrassing.]
[It's embarrassing indeed. Hythlodaeus blushes rather pinkly, flustered by how genuinely affectionate it seems to be; he does not move, though, letting Emet get on with it. Maybe bringing his knees just a little closer together though.]

Why only one?
Re: Day 477
Go on. Or I'll decline that as well. I'll find you in a few minutes, hmm.
Re: Day 477
I'll still get you to wear them.

Re: Day 477
Ah, so you want a ridiculous outfit? That can be arranged too!
[But oooh let him look at his own picks! He nods at the suits in appreciation, but does look a little flustered at the dress.]
Well. I didn't realize this was your fancy.
Re: Day 477
You wanted twenty outfits if I did so recall. They can't all be suits.
[That's his story anyway.]
Re: Day 477
Hmmm? And why not?
[He wants to get Emet to admit that he's into Hyth in dresses.]

Re: Day 477
But since we are already here, you might as well try them on before I put them back.

Re: Day 477
Here am I trying to flatter you and getting bested for my efforts.
Re: Day 477
I do hope you aren't going to give up. And you look adorable when you blush.
Re: Day 477
[He looks around to ensure there are no other patrons. When that is clear he motions him to a nearby bench.]
Sit. If you would.
Re: Day 477
[Giving him a curious look, but sitting down as instructed.]

Re: Day 477
... Are you fond of being counterproductive now?
Re: Day 477
Re: Day 477
So you did pick it because you liked the thought of me wearing it.
Re: Day 477
Of course, I did.
Re: Day 477
You could have simply been more honest about it.
