I haven't grown in ... well, it has been a long time. Even with each step closer to every Rejoining I would watch them. Lahabrea. Elidibus. Step by step I would lose them. We hardly grew. Miserable as we were. As we still are in some ways.
But now I have you. I have Lahabrea with his fire back. While I will take credit for most of that, you did your part. I never thought someone not one of our own would be able to influence him as you and Vergil do.
So thank you, Five Hargreeves. This is one of the many reasons why I do love and cherish you.

I did feel ever so slightly embarrassed at the time. You were trying your best with such a thoughtful gift. But I suppose now the awkwardness of it makes the memory fonder.
Hah. Even more so because I was going to annoy you as a method of stress relief. In the end I suppose I did bother you for a different set of reasons.
